
Exchange & Returns Policy
At MiniMighty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. At the moment, we do not accept any returns.
Eligibility for and Exchanges
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be exchange
Exchange Conditions
- Mini Mighty accepts exchanges of items within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt at a nominal fee of SGD$10.
- Items must be in original selling condition with packaging in tact.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product, please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin an exchange, please contact our customer service team at minimightyco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at minimightyco@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale," are not eligible for return or exchange.
